Platforms Project returns to Kapnergostasio
For the second year running, the Platforms Project is taking over Kapnergostasio, an impressive industrial space tucked away off the beaten path in Athens. A former tobacco factory, this unique venue provides the perfect backdrop for a programme that challenges the norm, inviting you into the world of contemporary art in a raw, unpolished setting.
From October, it will once again become a vibrant hub of creativity, hosting installations, performances, and thought-provoking projects from both Greek and international artists. The building’s gritty, industrial charm sets the tone for this year’s Platforms Project—a cultural platform that encourages visitors to reflect on social, political, and environmental issues through the lens of modern art.
Whether you're a local or visiting for the first time, the Platforms Project offers a fantastic opportunity to experience Athens' authentic creative energy. Don’t miss the chance to explore this year’s exciting line-up in one of the city’s most distinctive and atmospheric locations.
