DEI Tour of Hellas: 2026
The DEI Tour of Hellas returns in 2026, bringing another thrilling edition of Greece’s biggest international cycling race across some of the country’s most spectacular landscapes. This year’s race takes place from May 6 to May 10, featuring five demanding stages that cross five regions before culminating in a spectacular finale in the heart of Athens.
The race wraps up in Athens on Sunday 10 May, with a high-energy finish in the city centre. After four days of racing through Epirus, Thessaly, Central Greece and Attica, the final stage starts in Piraeus and finishes in front of the Greek Parliament at Syntagma Square, following a three-lap circuit through central Athens.
Expect elite cyclists from around the world racing through Athens’ major avenues and landmarks, as the capital transforms into the grand finale of the DEI Tour of Hellas. From Pasalimani to Syntagma, the city becomes a vibrant celebration of sport, speed, and community spirit.
Even if you’re not a cycling fan, it’s a great opportunity to experience Athens differently, with car-free streets, cheering crowds, live fan zones, and an exciting finish right in the centre of the city.
