EDEN presents VTSS & Bjarki
Plisskën’s collaboration with the Athens Conservatory is one of our favourites of late - and one of the few that have managed to keep clubbing afloat in the last two years. Athens’ forward thinking music festival joined forces with the youthful minds of the Athens Conservatory - and the visual experts of the Athens Digital Arts Festival - and claimed our Sunday afternoons with their EDEN series; a calendar of DJ bookings starring the hottest techno names around at the moment.
Polish DJ VTSS is considered to be “an unapologetic star of dance music’s wild reinvention” according to Resident Advisor, fusing electro, ghetto house, EBM and new wave in her stampeding sets. The man of a thousand aliases - and a thousand different styles - Bjarki, comes in all of his Icelandic absurdism for a genre-bending DJ set. And there’s still one more spot to be announced for the day. Party starts at 5 pm.
