The This is Athens Convention & Visitors Bureau team has returned from a productive series of international engagements, beginning with collaborative strategy development alongside 174 European colleagues at the ICCA Joint Chapter Meeting in Thessaloniki. In Frankfurt, our team conducted over 60 targeted B2B meetings at IMEX 2026 to showcase the city's expanding infrastructure, whilst also evaluating sustainable management practices and technology integration at the CityDNA CVB Café. Finally, Athens has secured six nominations at the World Travel Awards 2026, including Europe's Leading Meetings & Conference Destination.
