IAPCO Annual Meeting & General Assembly 2026

From 25 to 28 February 2026, the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre will serve as the venue for the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) Annual Meeting & General Assembly (AM&GA).

This gathering represents a unique collaborative effort within the local meetings sector. The event is proudly hosted by four Greek IAPCO member PCOs - AFEA, CONVIN, ERA, and ERASMUS - who have joined forces with This is Athens-Convention & Visitors Bureau, proud IAPCO destination partner. This partnership aims to support the high-end event for the IAPCO community and accelerate the advocacy and brand identity of our industry, right in the birthplace of the first symposia.

It is designed to explore how technology is transforming the way people meet and connect, and the human wisdom and emotions that remain crucial to our flexibility and adaptation. The programme will highlight all the aspects that made Odysseus a timeless symbol of our capacity to overcome adversity: resourcefulness and cleverness, patience and perseverance, leadership and decision-making.
