Playground Lovers
Writing a letter to one's younger self is not an easy task. Blender Gallery upped the challenge when it asked a number of visual artists to complete this task, not by putting pen to paper but via the use of various artistic media. Childhood dreams of carefree lives are expressed through pyrography, photography, sculptures, ceramics, video art, painting on paper, and prints. One of the artists, Eirini Theodosi, wonders, "how does one love their inner child if they could restart everything?” And, even if you feel you have the answer, don't miss the opportunity to visit the exhibition for some self-reflection. Your inner child will thank you.
