Ongoing: Tilda Swinton
An intimate and expansive exhibition devoted to Tilda Swinton arrives at Onassis Ready, bringing together cinema, performance, fashion, memory, and visual art. Conceived as a personal constellation rather than a retrospective, the exhibition unfolds through new and existing works created in close collaboration with artists and filmmakers who have shaped Swinton’s creative life.
Visitors move through film installations, immersive environments, photographic works, and spatial reconstructions, encountering contributions by long time collaborators including Pedro Almodóvar, Luca Guadagnino, Jim Jarmusch, Joanna Hogg, Tim Walker, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Olivier Saillard, and Derek Jarman. At its core, the exhibition explores authorship, friendship, lineage, and the porous boundaries between life and art.
From 16 to 19 May, the programme is expanded with A Biographical Wardrobe, a live performance by Swinton and fashion curator Olivier Saillard, animating garments from her personal archive and film history.
