47 years and counting, 16 studio albums, over 100 million copies sold. Although Iron Maiden's story comes with countless numbers and stats, they can't even begin to paint the picture of one of the greatest metal bands of all time. The legendary Londoners are coming to Athens to perform at the only place large enough to match their legacy and restrain their crowd's tenacity; the Olympic Athletic Centre of Athens. The Ed Force One (that's what their personal Boeing 747 is called) will land in Athens in the summer of 2022 as part of Maiden's Legacy of the Beast World Tour which is dubbed as their most sensational yet, according to more than 2 million fans worldwide. Setlist will include some of the band's greatest hits to date, as well as tracks from their latest album Senjutsu performed live for the first time on this tour. We can already hear Bruce Dickinson's voice resonating over the largest stadium in Greece, followed by the roars of tens of thousands of Troopers. Airbourne and Lord of the Lost are the supporting acts for the day.
