Christian Löffler & Parra for Cuva

Athens has been extra careful about returning to clubbing and indoor concerts (maybe too careful, to the frustration and despair of event organizers). It was late September when the latest batch of measures included the re-opening of clubs and signaled our return to the dancefloors. The very same day, event notifications on Facebook started popping like crazy. Amongst them, a very defining name, that of Christian Löffler. Why defining? Löffler was one of the very last acts that managed not to get cancelled back in March 2020, right before lockdown hit. The German producer returns this November for a live performance of his signature melancholic-meets-euphoric techno sound, which will hopefully be more to the dancey side, rather than the cerebral—hey, we've done our share of thinking, we just need to dance. Alongside him, his fellow countryman Parra for Cuva for the opening act (live set.)
