BREATH: A Moment of Calm in the Heart of Athens
Athens is known for its vibrant streets, ancient landmarks and long days spent exploring the city. But tucked behind the historic centre lies another side of our city: quieter, slower and deeply restorative.
BREATH invites you to experience that side of Athens through a unique open-air wellness gathering in the beautiful National Garden. Surrounded by shaded pathways, palm trees and hidden corners of greenery, this special setting offers the perfect opportunity to pause and recharge in the middle of the city.
With Athens enjoying one of its most pleasant times of year, warm sunshine, blooming nature and gentler temperatures, the experience is designed as a chance to step away from the pace of travel and reconnect through movement, breathwork and mindfulness.
Throughout the day, volunteer instructors will lead yoga, breathing and wellbeing sessions in an open and welcoming atmosphere for all. Sessions will take place in English with live translation available.
Whether you are visiting Athens for a city break or simply looking for a moment of calm between museum visits and neighbourhood walks, BREATH offers a refreshing way to connect with the city, nature and yourself.
