Athens Bears' Drag Ca-BEAR-et and Dance
We don’t need a prediction from the Delphi Oracle to tell us how this one is going to go down: Athens Bears welcome drag queen Pythia, Canada’s Drag Race Season 2 runner up, for one spectacular performance at their Ca-Bear-et night—her first ever in Greece. Pythia is the stage name of Greek-Canadian drag performer Christos Darlasis who excels in creating extravagant looks, often inspired by ancient Greek mythology.
Our hostess for the night is none other than Chraja, Father of House of Kareola, the celebrated voguing House based in Athens, who is going to introduce us to the crème de la crème of the local drag scene. A party follows with DJ Andreas Mint until the early hours of the morning.
Athens Bears organise several events throughout the year, including the annual festival Bearly Athens: A Bear Week Extravaganza.
