The art project D.E.U.S. (which stands for Data, Eternity, Unlimited, Storage) may have flown under the radar, but it's been around since 2018. Created by visual artist Panolabrou, D.E.U.S. is an exploration of acausal connections and a deep dive into the human senses and the universal language of love.
ἅμαdeus, the title of Blender Gallery's latest exhibition, derives from a play on words between the Greek word "ἅμα", which expresses simultaneity, and the Latin words "amare" and "deus", which evoke love, be it for or through God. A total of 17 boundary-pushing artists from Greece and abroad present works influenced by and in response to the D.E.U.S. project. In an attempt to blur the boundaries between reality and imagination, they create a "journey through heterotopia". Basically, the gallery becomes a hub where each of the exhibited works creates its own universe/space and carries its own vibe, while playing with the notion of time.
And if all this seems a little overwhelming, the soothing breeze of the Athens Riviera awaits you after your art adventure.
