AEF2026: Little Trackers

The much-loved “Little Trackers” returns to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, inviting children aged 5 to 9 into a world of creativity and discovery during the Athens Epidaurus Festival. Held every Friday and Saturday alongside evening performances, the programme offers a safe, engaging space where children can enjoy their own cultural experience while parents attend the theatre.

Led by a team of experienced educators, musicians and artists, each workshop draws inspiration from the performance of the day, transforming elements of ancient drama into playful, hands-on activities. Through theatre games, music, movement, visual arts and storytelling, children explore myths and characters in ways that are accessible, imaginative and fun.

Open to children of all backgrounds and abilities, “Little Trackers” promotes inclusion, creativity and self-expression. At the end of the evening, families come back together to share their experiences—each having discovered ancient drama from their own unique perspective.
