Release Athens Festival 2026: Megadeth, Sepultura

Ten years of Release Festival come with serious perks and this summer’s line-up delivers one of its most powerful moments yet. On Tuesday 30 June, Water Plaza hosts a truly historic metal night with Megadeth and Sepultura, two legends sharing the stage as part of their farewell tours, touted as their final major meeting with the Greek audience. Catch two metal legends on the same stage. 

Tickets go on sale Friday 23 January at 12 pm, alongside a special three-day festival offer.

Alongside single-day tickets, Release Festival is offering a limited multi-day pass for fans ready to go all in: Megadeth, Sepultura & more TBA, Helloween, Saxon, Ashes of Ares, Sabaton, Savatage, Epica.
