Apostolos Trastelis in 1996, the restaurant is now a point of reference
in Greece, as it is the only restaurant which has been awarded with 2 Michelin Stars for eleven consecutive years (2008 until today). Discreet, intimate,
with two delightful courtyards and two equally charming dining
rooms - one in an elegant room built from reclaimed bricks in the
style of a vaulted cellar.
Our food is prepared with the freshest of products, and thus the
menu changes according to the seasons and, of course, according
to the creative imagination of our Chef. He treads skilfully between
creativity and tradition, modernity and classicism. He delights the
eye with artful presentation and the mouth with exquisite flavours
touched by a hint of exoticism. Top quality seasonal ingredients are used in imaginative, deftly executed and stunningly presented modern French dishes. Greek, French and Italian wines feature on an impressive list. The restaurant is situated in the center of Athens, in the district of Pagrati, next to the little square of Varnava, 100m behind the Panathenaic marble stadium, where the 1st modern Olympic Games took place.
