The proAV recap: Seasons Changing - from Summer to Fall
We’ve been quite busy lately as the seasons changed. In our last update, we were deep into concerts and live events, and that rhythm continued for a while. Just before most of started with the summer break, we had the chance to cover an exceptional night at the Euripides Theater in Salamina. We set up the entire venue with lighting installations, having numerous moving heads, and one of our finest sound systems. On stage were two of the bigger female voices of the Greek music scene, Melina Aslanidou and Glykeria, performing as part of their summer tour. It was a truly magical evening for the island’s community, one filled with music and joy.
Since the changes happened gradually, September turned out to be a truly memorable month especially when it came to music. One of our favorite collaborations during that period was with the National Observatory of Greece, where we supported a live performance by Christoforos Krokidis’s Pink Floyd tribute band. The night was dedicated to legendary works from The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, The Wall, and Animals, an experience that perfectly blended timeless music with a breathtaking view.
Continuing into the season, we had the honor of setting up and taking over the stage at Alsos of Nea Smyrni to bring the Ionikes Giortes 2025 to life, the way it should. It was a month filled with concerts of every kind and style. The festival opened with Pantelis Thalassinos, a truly significant figure in Greek music with timeless songs, followed by the captivating Evanthia Rempoutsika, who combined her violin performance with a stunning light show. The next evening, Stefanos Dekerian delivered a deeply emotional and historical performance, leading into a lively Saturday night party with our Eurovision star, Klavdia.
And even though that week was already full of highlights, the next one began with the same energy, with Kostis Maraveyas in his theatrical and magnetic form, bringing the crowd along. Then came 48 Ores, who kept the audience dancing non stop, and the festival closed with the beautiful, melodic duo of Zervoudakis and Kana.
Of course, the lineup was just part of the story. In between the concerts, we also supported film screenings, theatrical performances, and the Nea Smyrni Youth Festival, a beloved section of the festival that gives young people the chance to show their talents and connect with the audience.
As the seasons change, so does our work, both in the way we work and in setting. As the weather turned colder, we gradually moved indoors, in a rather funny way. We “wrapped up the summer season” with two special dinner events. One for our beloved RED.comm, hosted in the stunning Tholos of the SNFCC, and another for Civitta, a company from the Baltic region of Europe, who held their awards ceremony in the enchanting pool garden of Dolce by Wyndham Attica Riviera. Both events featured spherical audiovisual support, from sound and lighting to visual design, creating a seamless and immersive experience. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the Astera hanged lighting setup at the Tholos of SNFCC, which rightfully stole the show.
And, of course, we’ve been continuously visiting venues like Anassa, Divani Caravel, Cape Sounio, and many others to support the corporate environment, from educational seminars to major announcements and internal breakthroughs. The visual elements always stand out as a favorite part of these setups, as we explore new possibilities with VideoWalls, various projectors’ options, and the dynamic presence of LED walls.
There’s one thing that can’t be contained within the limits of seasonality, and that is human celebrations. Milestones in life don’t wait for weather or timing, and we’re always there to embrace them. From weddings and baptisms to every occasion that brings people together, we create moments filled with joy and energy. Lighting shows, DJ sets, and powerful sound systems all come together in perfect harmony to capture the festive spirit each event deserves.
To sum it up, it would be an understatement to say that we love change, diversity, and above all, high quality audiovisual setups.
