proAV: Starting the «Road Trip»
Taking a well-deserved moment to recharge, the proAV team stepped into 2026 with renewed energy, ready to continue the «Road Trip» ahead.
As the season called for the traditional “Kopi of Pita” gatherings, we were proud to support our partners in celebrating the start of the new year. Our first stop was the familiar and much-loved Anassa venue of the newly rebranded Athens City Events, where we set the tone for two distinguished corporate events.
For both Bolton Hellas and Alpha Bulkers, we delivered a complete audiovisual experience, featuring high impact LED walls, crystal clear sound design, and atmospheric lighting that enhanced the spirit of the occasion. It was the perfect way to kick off the year with strong collaborations, vibrant energy, and production excellence at the forefront.
And if that wasn’t enough, the highlight of this first production wave was discovering the Glasshouse, the brand-new venue of the rebranded Athens City Events. A unique space designed to host a wide range of events and creative projects, which immediately sparked our team’s enthusiasm.
Our first project there was with Epignosis, a leading software and learning technology provider, who entrusted us with the production of their New Year’s “Kopi of Pita” celebration. The afternoon program featured speeches and presentations, supported by a beautifully configured LED Wall and full sound coverage tailored to the venue’s architecture. As the formal part concluded, the atmosphere shifted seamlessly into a vibrant party setup, elevated by immersive lighting design. For our technical team, it was an exciting opportunity to experiment creatively, incorporating Astera tubes across the venue’s striking arrow-shaped ceiling and enhancing the Glasshouse’s distinctive character.
Shortly after, we returned to the Glasshouse for another special collaboration with our long-time partner Green Pixels, this time for Star Channel’s New Year’s event. The production called for our team to deliver comprehensive sound support, including full backline equipment for the Walkman Band. At the same time, we ensured seamless visual projection throughout the venue, creating a cohesive technical setup that supported both the live performance and the overall event experience.
Another “Kopi of Pita” celebration that truly stood out for us was our collaboration with Confido MCC for Deloitte Greece’s event at its headquarters. The production was nothing short of spectacular. A suspended LED Wall framed the venue, creating a bold visual focal point, while two separate stages shaped the flow of the evening, one dedicated to the live band and DJ set, and the other designed for the dancers’ performances. What we enjoyed most, however, was the lighting design. A carefully structured truss system supported robotic moving heads, Astera tubes, and disco balls, transforming the space into a high-energy environment. With the addition of hazers to enhance the beams and depth, the result was a fully immersive lighting show that elevated the entire experience.
Stepping beyond the “Kopi of Pita” season, we also had the pleasure of supporting a Boussias Awards ceremony at the Serafio City of Athens, dedicated to the Best City Awards. It was a production with a distinct tone and identity, requiring precision and elegance. In a completely different atmosphere, we partnered with VScope to celebrate its 5th anniversary, a project that allowed us to shape a more celebratory and brand-focused environment.
And last but not least, returning to Anassa, we collaborated with Evor to deliver the launch event Ravago Building Solutions deserved. A wide curved LED Wall enhanced the speakers’ presence, while blue lighting aligned seamlessly with the brand identity. Combined with dynamic sound design and a DJ set that carried the energy into the evening, the event came together as a powerful brand statement.
With all that said, the journey continues, and we’re only getting started. So stay connected with us on our social media channels and keep an eye out for what’s coming next.
