proAV coming across new partners: Meeting New Possibilities

As the weather is getting warmer and the skies clear, more happenings are taking place across the city, and our team is as active as it gets. Moving between different venues and concepts, its not new to us, and certainly is a rhythm we maintain all year long. Still, with the sun shining, everything feels a little bit more excitiing.

Starting with a creative launch event for Avene at Anassa of Athens City Events. Using as a base our signature setup, we transformed the venue with the brand’s orange tones, elevating even more the space. A curved LED Wall framing beautifully the speakers that took the stage, while crystal clear sound and architectural lighting placed strategically, completed the experience. The event was split in two parts, one focused on advertising and networking and the other on pharmaceuticals. So, we had to make sure that the setup was dynamic in a way that supports both of them, and I believe we were ready to adapt!

Before leaving Anassa, we have to mention one more collaboration, with the Big Picture Events team. What began as a corporate dinner, with standard sound and lighting, became something entirely different, with our partners having the idea of bringing an ancient Greece atmosphere to life. We were brought in to support that, the best way possible, the only way we know. We enhanced the brand’s colors while also drawing attention to key visual elements of the theme, the Ancient Greek Statues and Columns. A truly interesting outcome to look at.

After wrapping up at Athens City Events Venue, we moved on, on visiting another one exhibition in order to support it with our equipment and expertise. This time on the Photovision 2026 Image & Tech Expo at the venue of Tae Kwon Do Stadium, our partnership with Albumake and Mr. Manos Daskalakis, gave us the opportunity to build an immersive LED Wall. Measuring 20 meters in width and 3 meters in height, that particular visual element, was more than enough to support the whole booth of our partner on its own, even if we felt that we had to combine it with some lighting and sound, to deliver an outcome that truly stands out.

And finally, who doesn’t want to be part of a grand opening? When Cava Nektar Kifissia came to us for support, regarding her grand opening at the DIA Center, we knew it was time to celebrate. With robotic moving heads and uplights for the lighting, led bars enhancing the backdrops, and full sound coverage for the outdoor space, everything was set for a proper party. On the decks, our own Tasos Tsou kept the energy high throughout the night. The music only stopped when it quite literally had to, but by then, the night had already turned into an event to remember, and one we’re proud to have been part of.
