One of the most impressive resorts in Santorini, featuring the island’s largest pool - early 1,000 sq.m. – is welcoming the summer season, staying true to its philosophy and offering the unique hospitality experience that sets it apart.
This year, NOŪS goes further, deepening its focus on flavor and holistic care.
The restaurant Elio’s reopens with a renewed concept and a new Mediterranean mindset. Its menu is rooted in the culinary traditions of the South—fresh fish and seafood, local vegetables and herbs, pure ingredients that speak for themselves. Greek classics are reimagined with a creative edge: briam with feta, raisins, and pine nuts, or moussaka served with beef tartare. This is food that stays connected to the island while pushing boundaries, with a balance of authenticity and innovation.
Wellness, too, remains a pillar of the NOŪS experience. The NOŪS Spa—one of the island’s largest and most striking wellness spaces—continues to offer signature treatments found only here. New this season: a dedicated Yoga & Pilates area, designed to deliver the sense of calm and care we crave during our time away.
