Lighting Up the Best Workplaces Awards 2025 with proAV

Great Place to Work® Hellas, the Greek branch of the global organization, specializes in evaluating and certifying workplace quality using internationally recognized methodologies. As with every year, the time has come for the annual Best Workplaces Awards 2025 — a celebration dedicated to honoring companies in Greece that stand out for their exceptional work environments and a culture built on trust, respect, and collaboration.

With such an inspiring purpose, the awards evening deserved nothing less than an equally remarkable setting. The event was hosted at the elegant InterContinental Athens, where proAV was invited to bring the experience to life. A wide LED wall took center stage, framed by tailored maid backdrops and supported by two large side screens — ensuring visual coverage across the entire venue. The LED wall wasn’t just a visual centerpiece — it played a crucial role in the event’s flow. By offering dynamic content flexibility, it allowed us to switch between visuals seamlessly. Its brightness and clarity made it ideal for camera capture, supporting the hybrid format of the event where both in-person and online viewers needed a high-quality experience.

Speakers were placed around the perimeter of the venue, ensuring clear audio for both the evening's speeches and musical moments. A dedicated stage hosted a live ensemble featuring keyboards, guitar, saxophone, harp, and a melodic voice — all fully supported with professional-grade audiovisual equipment. On the opposite end, a curated DJ set offered a modern touch, keeping the energy flowing throughout the night.

Naturally, lighting played a key role in the atmosphere. Venue’s walls were bathed in the signature colors of the company and the event, while a synchronized light show danced to the rhythm of the music, different color palettes, intensities, and lighting angles were programmed to reflect the character of each award, making every segment feel fresh and memorable. 
 

This time, we didn’t just stay nearby the stage. Outside the main hall, we brought along our fully equipped 360° Photobooth, adding an extra layer of fun and interactivity for guests throughout the evening.
