An Inspiring October for ERA

October was a month filled with energy, creativity, and achievement for ERA Congresses & Events.
With five major scientific events held across Greece - from Athens to Crete and Alexandroupolis - our team once again delivered events marked by joy, professionalism, and outstanding results.
Each congress reflected ERA’s dedication to flawless organization, meaningful content, and impactful experiences for every participant.

11th International Conference of Maritime Law

📍 2–4 October | Eugenides Foundation, Athens

Athens hosted leading legal experts, academics, and maritime professionals from around the world at the 11th International Conference of Maritime Law.
Held at the Eugenides Foundation, the conference examined key developments in maritime and transport law, from sustainability and liability to international arbitration.
Organized by the Piraeus Bar Association, the event highlighted Greece’s pivotal role as a global hub for shipping and legal excellence.
Notable addresses, including that of Minister of Foreign Affairs G. Gerapetritis, set a forward-looking tone for the future of maritime policy.

6th Panhellenic Congress of Dermoscopy

📍 2–5 October | Alexandroupolis

Over 400 participants joined in Alexandroupolis for the 6th Panhellenic Congress of Dermoscopy, organized with the Hellenic Society of Dermatoscopy (HSDS).
Bringing together dermatologists and researchers from across Greece, the congress focused on innovations in imaging, diagnostics, and early detection, reaffirming ERA’s commitment to advancing science through collaboration and precision.

HSIOIRS Cataract Training Days

📍 3–5 October | Volos

In Volos, the HSIOIRS Cataract Training Days offered ophthalmologists a dynamic educational experience through live surgeries, hands-on training, and interactive workshops.
Organized with the Hellenic Society of Intraocular Implant and Refractive Surgery (HSIOIRS), the event combined practical learning with ERA’s signature attention to detail and participant engagement.

9th SSRHR Meeting

📍 10–12 October | Heraklion, Crete

The 9th Scientific Meeting of the Society for the Study of Reproduction and Human Reproduction (SSRHR) gathered specialists from across Greece and abroad.
Discussions centered on new approaches in reproductive medicine, genetics, and endocrinology, with ERA ensuring a stimulating and seamless conference experience in the heart of Crete.

17th Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus Meeting

📍 31 October – 1 November | Thessaloniki

Closing the month, Thessaloniki hosted the 17th Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus Meeting, a highly specialized event that brought together pediatric ophthalmologists, surgeons, and researchers.
Interactive discussions, practical workshops, and case presentations highlighted the latest developments in pediatric vision care and surgical innovation.
Once again, ERA’s organization ensured scientific depth and flawless execution, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and professional growth.
