Aria Fine Catering at EUROTOX 2025: Greek Flavors and Healthy Choices at Europe’s Leading Toxicology Congress

From September 14 to 17, 2025, Athens hosted EUROTOX 2025, the annual international toxicology congress and a cornerstone event for the European scientific community. More than 1,500 delegates gathered at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre to explore the role of toxicology in addressing today’s pressing challenges for health, the environment, and society.

Aria Fine Catering had the honor of providing the official catering for the congress, designing a menu inspired by the thematic focus of the event. Healthy options were seamlessly paired with authentic Greek flavors, creating an experience that highlighted the balance between enjoyment and well-being.

A standout feature was the striking Fruit Market Station, styled as a traditional Greek fruit market, filling the atrium with vibrant colors and aromas. Breakfast and lunch menus reflected a strong Greek identity, while Aria also introduced its new collection of bespoke, high-spec coffee bars, equipped with state-of-the-art professional machines, transforming the coffee break into a holistic experience.

In a spirit of social responsibility, all surplus food was donated to Boroume, supporting the cycle of solidarity.
