French Michelin star chef, Geoffrey Rembert at St.George Lycabettus Lifestyle Hotel!

French chef, Geoffrey Rembert from Tour d’Argent, Le Bristol, Paris and Michelin-star restaurant Jacques Faussat returns to La Suite Lounge Rooftop Restaurant recently awarded ‘Best View in Europe’!

In collaboration with executive chef, Vassilis Milios and his brigade they create a Greek-French fusion menu which takes us from Paris to Athens.

Following the new Bistronomy trend, casual -fine dining and quality food, the menu combines French specialities (St.Jacques scallops with caviar, duck breast with aromatic crust, grilled camembert with hazelnuts) with traditional Greek flavors (Shrimp with tomato cream, feta & ouzo, sea bass with smoked eggplant and seafood chowder) all accompanied by excellent Greek & French wines.

A Degustation menu, Paris - Athènes paired with Moet et Chandon champagne will also be served daily.

The award-winning Chef's menu will be served at La Suite Lounge until the end of February.

La Suite Rooftop Restaurant is open from 11:00 - 01:00 Monday - Sunday.
