neró_una puta historia de AMOR
On 13-15 March 2026, the Greek National Opera Alternative Stage presents the Greek premiere of neró_una puta historia de AMOR, an immersive music theatre experience by Anna Lemonaki. Following its world premiere at Comédie de Genève, this thought-provoking performance blends movement, music, and storytelling to explore the collapse of love and its potential rebirth. Set against the backdrop of Greece and Mexico, the choreography unfolds through tender, dramatic scenes: holding, falling, catching, and kissing, performed by climbers on a steep rock. The work weaves together Italian and Greek, with the title “neró” as a poetic pun on “black” and “water,” offering a deep exploration of love’s place in a crumbling world.
With a talented team of choreographers, musicians, and set designers, this performance promises an emotionally raw and visually striking experience. Don’t miss the chance to witness this captivating work live, and reflect on love, identity, and the human experience.
