proAV: “Corporate” Meets Joyful Moments

Events often carry a dual dynamic — where formal moments and festive celebrations come together. Balancing these contrasting tones requires careful coordination and technical expertise to create an experience that honors both professionalism and joy.

The last month, we supported two standout events that perfectly illustrate this dual expertise. Both required technical precision and creative flair, yet each brought its own unique atmosphere.

For the prestigious 30-year anniversary celebration of Geitonas School at their campus in Vari, Attiki, proAV created a custom-built stage that became the centerpiece of the event. The setup featured a striking high-resolution LED wall, immersive lighting, and atmospheric effects—all supported by a strong structure designed to ensure stability and visual impact. The evening’s program included heartfelt speeches from the school’s founder and alumni representative, live musical performances, and an energetic DJ set that brought the celebration to life. Every technical element was carefully coordinated to balance tradition with a festive atmosphere, creating a memorable experience that honored the school’s legacy and its strong community ties.

On the other side of the spectrum, proAV coordinated technically the Henry Dunant Hospital Center’s annual summer party, held at the versatile Anassa City Events venue. This year’s celebration was extra special, featuring the official announcement of their newly formed hospital group.

The setup included intelligent lighting design, live music, DJ performances, and elegant projection mapping that brought the venue’s exterior to life. A radiant white dance floor served as the vibrant centerpiece, keeping guests engaged and celebrating well into the night. Every technical detail was thoughtfully planned to reflect the event’s festive spirit while honoring the significance of the announcement.
