ProAV: Corporate Events all over Athens

As promised, both to ourselves and to you, the arrival of autumn marked the dynamic return of the corporate events season. Over the past weeks, we’ve seen a significant number of events taking place, signaling a fresh start for the corporate world and its people. New beginnings, new goals, and renewed moments have defined this period following the summer break.

We started the season with an exceptional collaboration with Outsourced Events Agency at the majestic Cape Sounio Hotel. The Executive Partner Summit with speeches and strategic discussions covering a wide range of topics related to the company’s work. For the setup, a wide LED wall supported by repeater and comfort monitors to ensure seamless speaker guidance. Architectural lighting covering the entire venue, creating an elegant and impactful atmosphere befitting a summit designed to leave a lasting impression. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with teams beyond Greece’s borders and experience different ways of working.

We continued the season with a partner that has become familiar to us, PPC. Once again, they entrusted us with the technical support for a series of workshops and seminars taking place within the company. This time, we supported two parallel projects.
The first was a four-day seminar featuring speakers from across the Atlantic, covering a wide range of topics throughout an extensive agenda. For this setup, we provided an LED wall and full audio support, ensuring that the flow of the program remained seamless and that every session delivered maximum impact.

Meanwhile, in the midst of those four days, PPC brought us to one of Athens’ biggest venues, the Ellinikos Kosmos Center, for an additional workshop dedicated to their team. Image, sound, and lighting came together once again, bringing every requirement (and more) to life.

Speaking of venues, we couldn’t imagine closing the month without our stay at Serafeio. Our close partnership with this beautiful cultural place in the heart of Athens gives us the opportunity to support a wide range of events throughout the year. Among them was the annual event of the Hellenic Foundation of Cardiology, which for a second year in a row chose to collaborate with Serafeio and proAV. With multiple screens, full audio support, and custom backdrops that shaped the visual identity of the space, we provided everything needed to serve their mission and vision.

A few days later, the Hellenic Statistical Authority also trusted us for their three day multicultural meeting. Two events, both rooted in purpose and meaning and it was an honor for us to contribute to them.

What about new beginnings? Snappi, a new Greek internet banking app, has just started making its first public steps, and we were there to support one of their debut events. Back at our favourite and well known Anassa City Events, on a bright, sunny day, we provided the full setup of LED wall, stage, lighting, and sound. With everything aligned, it was quite a success.

And what about familiar traditions and memories? Beauté Magazine Greece returned to the Great Britain Hotel for its annual award ceremony. Once again, we delivered the full setup as above, from the LED wall to the architectural lighting. A high-end evening that showcased, once more, our ability to adapt to a variety of event styles and bring each one to completion with consistency and quality.

Closing this month, what we choose to keep is not just the volume of events, but the diversity of stories, people, and purposes behind each one. From international summits and corporate seminars to cultural gatherings, award ceremonies, and the launch of new brands, every project reminded us why we do what we do. Each setup, whether in a familiar venue or a new environment, became an opportunity to collaborate, to adapt, and to deliver experiences that matter. We will continue with the same commitment to support every idea, every team, and every vision with the technical excellence that defines proAV.
